Selling Price

We utilize UPS, DHL, FEDEX, and JAPANPOST for shipping.
Products 120cm or smaller incur a shipping fee of $50, and products over 120cm have a shipping fee of $100.

Payment is confirmed at the time of order placement.

Special Return Policy

Please note that any taxes incurred in your country are the responsibility of the importer (the customer), and must be settled accordingly. If you fail to receive the package due to miscommunication or issues with the courier, we will not accept any chargebacks under any circumstances.

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please verify carefully or consult with us before purchasing.

In case of missing parts or initial defects, we offer replacement parts rather than exchanging the entire product. We accept returns only if replacement parts are unavailable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

We conduct wholesale business globally, and for individual customers, the order becomes final when payment is made.
Once we receive the payment, cancellations are no longer possible.

Delivery Time of Goods or Services

Products in stock will be shipped within 7 business days after receiving your order. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be requested. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

In the event of a shipping accident or our error, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, we offer a 30-day warranty and will provide replacement parts free of charge for defective components.
