Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are based on Japanese laws and regulations, including the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the Consumer Contract Act, and the Electronic Contract Act. They apply to all business activities conducted by our company located in Japan. For international transactions, relevant foreign laws, including those of the United States, may be applied supplementally as needed.
Chapter 1: General Provisions
These Terms refer to this Terms of Use document. Store Terms refer to the conditions governing the use of this online store. The Company refers to the operator of the online store that provides this Service. The Service refers to the e-commerce services provided by the Company via the internet. A Purchaser is any individual who agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and places an order. A User, or “You,” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service. Content includes any images, text, videos, logos, designs, and other information made available through the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service. Use of the Service is considered agreement by individuals aged 18 or older, or by those who have received parental consent.

Chapter 2: Product Purchases
Placing an order is regarded as an offer to purchase. The contract becomes binding when the Company sends an order confirmation email. Orders deemed fraudulent or improper may be canceled at our discretion. Users under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
Prices include the cost of goods, taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made using methods designated by the Company. Use of credit cards must comply with the terms set by the issuing credit card company. The Company bears no responsibility for payment-related issues or disputes.
Returns, refunds, and warranties are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and procedures are also defined in that policy. Please review the policy before submitting a request and contact our official support within the designated time frame.
Chapter 3: Privacy Protection
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
Chapter 4: User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in actions that cause harm or disruption to other users or to the Company, infringe intellectual property rights, involve illegal or inappropriate conduct, exceed the limits of personal use when copying or distributing content, interfere with the operation of the Service, or damage the Company’s reputation or credibility. The Company reserves the right to define additional prohibited behaviors as inappropriate.
All customs duties, VAT, local taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to receive the goods or failure to pay these charges is considered a breach of contract. Refunds and chargebacks are not permitted in such cases.
Chapter 5: Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from violations of these Terms, errors in the Service content, suspension or interruption of the Service, or delays in shipping or customs clearance.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer. In the event of delivery refusal, our obligation is considered fulfilled once the item has been shipped and contact has been attempted.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
All content provided through the Service is owned by the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal consequences.
These Terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of Japan, including the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the Consumer Contract Act, and the Electronic Contract Act. For transactions involving users outside Japan, relevant foreign laws such as U.S. regulations may be applied as needed on a supplemental basis.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in Japan as the court of first instance. For disputes involving international users, jurisdiction may be determined separately by mutual agreement.

ユーザーは、登録情報を常に正確かつ最新の状態に保つ必要があります。登録情報に誤りがあることによって生じた問題について、当社は一切責任を負いません。
商品の価格には、商品代金、税金、送料、手数料などが含まれます（ただし、特別な場合を除きます）。支払いは、当社が指定する方法によって行われる必要があります。クレジットカードの使用については、発行元のカード会社の規約に従う必要があります。支払いに関する問題または紛争について、当社は責任を負いません。
返品、返金、保証は、当社の「返品・返金ポリシー」に基づいて処理されます。保証に関する詳細（範囲、除外事項、手続きなど）もこのポリシーに含まれています。申請前にポリシーをご確認のうえ、所定の期間内に公式サポート窓口へご連絡ください。
第3章：プライバシー保護

輸入関税および税金に関する責任は、すべて購入者にあります。関税、付加価値税（VAT）、地方税、通関手数料などは顧客の負担となります。商品受け取りの拒否や未払いがあった場合は、契約違反とみなし、返金やチャージバックは認められません。
第5章：免責事項および責任の制限
当社は、次の事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。規約違反、サービス内容の誤記、サービスの中断または停止、配送や通関手続きの遅延。
当社の責任は、購入者が支払った金額を上限とします。配送拒否があった場合には、当社が発送を行い、連絡を試みたことで義務を果たしたものとみなされます。
第6章：その他
すべてのコンテンツは、当社またはそのライセンサーの所有物です。無断で使用された場合は、法的責任を問われることがあります。
本規約は、日本の法令（特定商取引法、消費者契約法、電子契約法など）に従って解釈および運用されます。日本国外のユーザーとの取引においては、必要に応じてアメリカ合衆国を含む各国の関連法令が補足的に適用されることがあります。
紛争が発生し、協議による解決が困難な場合は、当社の本店所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所（原則として東京地方裁判所）を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。海外ユーザーとの間での紛争については、双方の協議により、別途裁判地を定めることができます。

관세, VAT, 지방세, 통관 수수료 등의 비용은 전적으로 고객의 책임이며, 수령 거부나 세금 미지불은 계약 위반으로 간주되어 환불이나 차지백(결제 취소)은 허용되지 않습니다.
제5장: 면책 및 책임 제한
당사는 약관 위반, 서비스 정보의 오류, 서비스의 중단이나 정지, 운송 및 통관의 지연으로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 당사의 책임 범위는 고객이 실제로 지불한 총 금액을 한도로 합니다. 고객이 상품 수령을 거부한 경우, 당사는 상품 발송 및 연락 시도를 통해 계약상의 의무를 다한 것으로 간주합니다.
제6장: 기타
서비스 내의 모든 콘텐츠는 당사 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 소유권이 있으며, 무단 사용 시 법적 책임이 발생할 수 있습니다.
